We’ve temporarily suspended operations
Along with other businesses in Cornwall, we’ve had to make some tough decisions over the past couple of weeks because of the Covid 19 pandemic.
Based on information from the Government, Visit Cornwall and Public Health England, we believe that the risk it poses to our team, customers and the local community requires us to take action now.
We have indoor & outdoor spaces, a café and meeting spaces and we believe that operating during this crisis is not in the best interests of our customers and staff.
As a result from Tuesday 17th of March, Hangloose Adventure is temporarily suspending all operations until such time as the Government and Health Authorities indicate that the “coast is clear”.
What happens to my booking?
We are confident that this crisis, although challenging and difficult to bear, will be relatively short term and we remain confident that we will commence operations in the not too distant future.
We cannot issue refunds, but rest assured, you remain very important to us and your booking with us continues to be valid and will be postponed until operations are resumed.
We will extend any tickets and vouchers that have deadlines falling during the period affected by Covid 19.
Please take care in the meantime. Your trip to Hangloose Adventure will be something to look forward to and will be a fantastic experience – we can’t wait to see you!
