MIN WEIGHT: 30kg (4.7 stone)
MAX WEIGHT: 120kg (18.9 stone)

Medical Restrictions

All participants must be reasonably fit and healthy and accept the risks associated with acceleration, deceleration, height, and physical activity. There is always a small risk of injury, particularly if instructions are not followed.

You must not take part if you have (or have recently had) any of the following conditions unless you have consulted a doctor:
Neck, back, shoulder, or chest injuries
Epilepsy, recent seizures, blackouts, or fainting episodes
Heart conditions requiring medication

We are unable to provide medical advice and cannot list every condition. If you are unsure, please consult your doctor before booking.

Pregnant individuals cannot participate in this activity.

All participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions in advance, including (but not limited to) tracheostomy or stoma implants.

Even if medical clearance has been given, participation is only permitted where the customer has fully disclosed relevant medical conditions to the site prior to arrival.
Supervision Requirements

Children aged 12 and under do not need to be accompanied on the zipline, but a responsible adult (18+) must remain on site at all times.

All participants under 16 must have a parent or legal guardian (18+) on site for the duration of the visit.

For safeguarding purposes, we require a minimum supervision ratio of 1 adult to 4 children under 12 on site.
Adventure Notes

We always try and keep 2 ziplines open , however this is based on site numbers and staffing and is not always guaranteed. We can also not guarantee that you’ll fly side by side, you will all go to the dispatch tower together. Even if you’re sent off together, varying participant weights may result in different flying speeds.

There is a maximum combined weight of 250kg – on some occasions we may need to spread your group across the next time slot to keep within this limitation. You may not be seated next to each other on the Swing – for safety reasons the weight needs to be distributed evenly.
