Get ready for a month full of activity and adventure. With May Half Term and TWO May Bank Holidays soon approaching there is plenty of time and NO excuses to get into the outdoors and really enjoy what Kent and Cornwall have to offer you.
Hangloose Adventure has two sites to explore with fantastic outdoor activities that take a bog standard day to next level excitement. The struggle to find the perfect Half term activities is no more, and we promise the kids will be begging you to go again! (Don’t worry we’ve got you covered with a second go half-price ticket on the day!)
A proven favourite of our family activities is the Zipline – offering you both England’s Longest and fastest Zip wire.
If you’re in Cornwall this Half term enjoy a ride down England’s fastest zipline, with a track record of going up to 60 mph it’s one way to give the kids something to really scream about. Enjoy a wholesome experience as you zip side by side towards the ocean and over the top of the Eden Project, home to one of the biggest indoor rainforests. Feeling free you’ll forget about the washing and ironing you have to do when you get home and really embrace the moment soaring 96 metres high!
If you’re in London this Bank Holiday then take the opportunity to ditch the high rise buildings and £20 cocktails and spend your money on an experience really worth showing off on Instagram and Facebook. Over 720 metres of England’s Longest Zipline awaits you, your friends, family and anyone with a hint of FOMO. At this location we also offer a family activity ticket so everyone can get involved in the action.

For those that are seeking a bit more of a challenge we have Skytrek, this is our Go Ape style treetop course. One of those activities that ticks the box for the ‘things to do with kids, friends and family’ lists. Guaranteed laughter, especially if someone in the group fails in the balance department. There are multiple challenges to keep the kids and the adults entertained this month and the next and the next….
All of our adventures are super safe and every member of staff has tried, tested and given the green light to all of our outdoor activities. They will be the first to reassure you any adventure that you choose will be worth a 5 star review on trip advisor, and a cheeky Facebook post to show off what fun you’ve had this May Half Term and Bank Holiday.
If you are visiting our Bluewater site, we are conveniently located at Bluewater shopping centre meaning you can make a full day of it and there’s free parking – Bonus! Enjoy a zipline ride and a go on Europe’s Biggest swing, followed by a lovely lunch at one of their 60 plus restaurants ( we recommend it this way round and not the other way for a few reasons….) and then some shopping! If you find yourself down the Cornwall/ Devon ways then explore the Eden Project. Once you’ve flown over the biomes, venture into the Eden Project for a completely different immersive experience. Explore one of the world’s largest indoor rainforests or head to the Mediterranean biome for some alfresco style dining and over 1,000 variations of plants. You do not need entry to the Eden Project to visit us, we just share parking.
We highly recommend booking in advance as we do get busy during these times!
