What are your opening times?
How do I get to your site / is there parking on site?

Our Address: Hangloose Adventure, The Dome, Bluewater Parkway, Bluewater, Greenhithe, Kent, DA9 9SW

Parking: If you are able to use a few steps, please use the Village Car Park outside the House of Fraser entrance. This is located on the right as you drive down Oak Tree Ave. Head towards the chalk cliffs where Hangloose will be signposted. Use the zebra crossing and make your way left towards the large domes.

We advise all wheelchair users to be dropped off at our reception before parking in the car park.

If you are a ‘waze’ user, type in Hangloose Bluewater and it will take you straight to us!

Will the weather affect my booking?

Hangloose Bluewater is an outdoor venue and we operate in all weather conditions except for extremely high winds or thunderstorms so please come prepared for forecasted weather. In the rare instance that activities are cancelled by Hangloose Bluewater due to exceptional weather conditions, every effort will be made to contact those that have pre-booked in advance. In these cases we will offer you an alternative activity or the chance to re-schedule.
Can people come and watch?
Do I need to book in advance?

Our adventure activities are extremely popular, especially during School Holidays and Weekends, therefore booking in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment.

We do accept walk-up’s onsite, but cannot guarantee immediate availability.
Is there somewhere to eat and drink?

You are more than welcome to bring lunch onto our sites or just opposite our site is Bluewater shopping centre. There are dozens of great places to eat and drink there! You’ll find a list here!

We also have a ‘serve yourself’ contactless payment coffee machine, so you can wrap your hands around a warm brew during those colder days.
How long does each activity take?
What if i get scared? Is it safe?
What should I wear?

It is the responsibility of all participants to ensure that they are dressed appropriately. Please wear clothing suitable for forecast weather conditions and the activities. There is a very small chance that clothing may be damaged.

The following restrictions apply:

To prevent harnesses having contact with the skin and causing chaffing:

· Trousers or knee length shorts must be worn

· Tops must cover your shoulders – No crop, strappy, vest or tank tops

· Footwear must be closed-toe, flat design and secured appropriately – No sandals, flip flops, high heels, slip ons etc.

Items of clothing will be available on the day to purchase if you have not adhered to our restrictions.

We provide lockers to store bags and loose items. We take no responsibility for the safety or security of your possessions.
Do you offer group sessions?
Do you offer a video/photo souvenir of my activity?

If you have purchased a video package, ensure your wristband is scanned at each activity and you keep your wristband to access your media after your visit.

You need to download your videos within 5 days of your visit.

If you have any issues with your media, you can email us at [email protected] or create a support ticket on the Media download page (scan the qr code on your wristband to access this)
Can I Gift an activity to a friend/family member?
How do i redeem my gift voucher?
Can I Bring my GoPro?

We’re very happy for you to use your own GoPro camera equipment, however we do have certain restrictions in place:

Poles, wrist straps and hand held mounts are not allowed.

Only helmet attachments with the GoPro locking foot are allowed.

Cameras must be secured with the appropriate screw fixing and checked by an instructor before you participate in any of our activities.

If you do not own a GoPro or Camera we have media packs available to purchase with our activities.
Do you offer any discount?

Yes. We offer 15% discount to members of the armed forces, NHS, Students and Emergency workers*

You will need to send a photo of your Blue light card/Student discount to [email protected] and a member of the customer service team will respond with a discount code for you to use online. Follow our social media for any promotional discounts throughout the year…

Are your activities accessible for people with extra needs or disabilities?

We want as many people to create their own Hangloose adventure but please be aware that our activities are adventurous and do require a certain amount of physical fitness and ability. We currently have Skywire and Giant Swing Disability Access. To discuss your requirements in confidence with a member of the team please contact us on 01285 640600. We will accompany any extra needs you have to the best of our ability.
Do children need an adult to go on the activities with them?

We are happy for children to participate in our activities alone as long as a parent or guardian over 18 years of age is present on site for the duration of their activities.

The only exception to this is our Aqua Park which requires any child under the age of 12 to be accompanied by an adult (16+)
What is your refund policy?

All bookings and vouchers are non-refundable!

However if your booking is changed/cancelled by Hangloose Adventure due to the weather or for any other reason, we will offer you an alternative activity (this is subject to availability on the day) or the chance to re-schedule.

Up to 48 hours in advance before your booking, you can move the activity date, subject to availability, or postponed it, or have a credit on the account, or change to our other site free of charge. Any requests to change your booking must be made by telephoning the booking line: Eden 01726 812724 or Bluewater 01285 640600 or alternatively email [email protected]

Within 48 hours if you want to make a change to your booking, for example change to a different day or postponed this will incur a £5 admin charge per person.

On the Day If you have checked-in and used your time slot, but do not complete your activity (for example; you do not complete the Skywire despite reaching the dispatch tower and being harnessed), you maybe able to change to another activity depending on availability.

If you arrive at Hangloose Adventure and have not adhered to our Terms & Conditions that you would have agreed to when you purchased your activity, meaning you’re unable to participate (example: not wearing the correct clothing or do not meet the required age or weight limits), we will offer you an alternative activity. A refund will not be given.

A booking of £3 is charged for all bookings placed online or over the phone.

You are the best person to judge your ability to do an activity, but there are certain condition which are a red line:

How to Get to Hangloose Bluewater

Walking

There is a large network of footpaths at Bluewater, these extend to the bus station (5 min walk) and the train station (4km).

Bicycle

Hangloose is on the Bluewater cycle route, its easily accessible with a bike racks on site.

Trains

Trains arrive at station every 15 minutes from London and other Medway towns, there are connecting FastTrack shuttle bus, see video for more details.

Bus

There is a bus transit centre at Bluewater with 60+ buses arrive each hour and Dedicated FastTrack routes from Greenhithe Station · Express services operated by Arriva By Bus

Motor bike

Designated motorcycle bays around centre · 13,000 car parking spaces · 360 disabled parking spaces · 134 family parking spaces By Car/Motorbike ·

Electric car charging

There are 39 Pod Point spaces and 17 Tesla Spaces for EV Charging across the site.
