Full Moon Wild Swim Event
Are you ready for an unforgettable evening under the stars? Join us on the 16th and 17th August 2024 for our first exclusive Full Moon Wild Swim event. This is not just any swim – it is a night of adventure, camaraderie, and enchantment that you won’t want to miss.
Swim under the light of the full moon, experiencing the beauty and tranquillity of the water at night. Our tow floats, equipped with lights, will create a stunning atmosphere as they illuminate the water’s surface. We will provide the lights! Tow flows can also be purchased on site if you do not have one.
How do we top off the perfect night under the moon and stars? Hot chocolate of course! We will have hot chocolate on standby, free of charge, it’s the perfect way to relax and take in the magical aura. A tot of rum will also be available (after the swim session of course!) to warm you up.
Entry Fee – Access to the event will cost £25 per person. This is from your entry time until close. However, if you have a Wild Swim Membership, your entrance is free! This is a fantastic perk for our loyal members, if you would like to sign up for a membership, click here.
Tow Floats – Although excitement and fun are a must, safety is our priority. Tow floats are mandatory, you can bring your own or they are available to purchase on site. These floats not only ensure your safety but also add to the enchanting ambiance with their built-in lights. Lights will be provided free of charge.
Water Temperature & Wetsuits – If the water temperature drops below 12 degrees Celsius, wetsuits are required to be worn. We have wetsuits available for hire on site, but these are limited and will be rented on a first come, first serve basis. Feel free to bring your own wetsuits if you have one!
Swimmer Requirement – To participate, you must be able to swim at least 50 metres unaided. This ensures that all swimmers can enjoy the event safely. All participants must be 18+. Please bring appropriate swimwear to wear.
Changing Rooms – We have male and female changing rooms available on site, we also have free lockers for you to lock away your belongings safely and securely.
