HOW TO MANAGE
YOUR HANGLOOSE ACCOUNT

Logging into your account

When you placed your order, you will have entered an email address.

To set up your account, please head to:

LOG IN: Main booking location – Bluewater, Kent
LOG IN: Main booking location – Eden, Cornwall

Then select “Create Account.”

You will need to enter your personal details and make sure you use the same email address you used when creating your order. Once completed, your order will automatically link to your account and can be viewed there.

If you already have an account, simply log back in using your existing details.
Resetting your Password

To reset your password, please head to the link below.

LOG IN: Main booking location – Bluewater, Kent
LOG IN: Main booking location – Eden, Cornwall

Then click “Reset Password.” You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. This link will be valid for 24 hours.

If the link does not work, the email will also include an alternative link and token ID that you can use instead.

Once your password has been reset, you can access your account as mentioned above.
Updating your Information

Once logged into your account, click on the drop-down menu to view further options.

Select “My Details”, then click on “Personal Information.” Here you will see the details you entered when creating your account.

If any of your information changes — especially your email address or telephone number — it’s important to update this. We use these details to contact you if we need to inform you of any changes to your booking.
Finding your Booking

To find your bookings, click on the drop-down menu to view further options. From there, select “My Bookings & Vouchers.”

Within this section, you’ll see several options. Under “My Bookings & Vouchers Summary,” you can view your upcoming bookings, activity vouchers you’ve purchased, and any postponed activities.

Under “Upcoming Bookings,” you’ll find all of your scheduled upcoming activities.

To view more details about a specific booking, click the orange drop-down arrow next to it. Select “View” to open a new screen containing all the information related to your booking.
Adding on Extra Activities/ Video Souvenirs

If you’d like to add extra activities or a video souvenir, you can do this through your account.

Find your booking, then click the orange drop-down arrow. Select “Add Extras”, which will take you to a page with additional activities we think you might enjoy. Many of these extras are offered at a reduced rate.

If you don’t see the activity you want to add, feel free to give us a call on 01285 640600 or send us an email. We can add it for you, again at a reduced rate.

Please note: rates vary depending on the package upgrade selected.
Rebooking a postponed Activity

If your booking has been postponed, you have 6 months to rebook it.

To rebook your activity, log in to your account and go to “My Bookings & Vouchers.” From there, head to “Postponed Bookings.” Your order will appear along with the option to rebook.

Please note that if your original booking was at a discounted slot and you rebook a full-price slot, you will need to pay the difference. If you originally paid full price and rebook a cheaper slot, no refund will be given.

Once your booking is rebooked, you will receive an email confirmation with your new booking details.
Cancelling Your Booking

Please note that if you cancel your order through your account, you will not receive a refund. Your order will simply be cancelled, and no further action will be taken.

We have a no refunds policy, but if you are having difficulty attending your booking, we always recommend contacting us directly. We will do our best to assist you.
Finding your Vouchers
Redeeming your Activity Vouchers

To redeem your activity voucher, make sure you have your code ready, which you can find in your account or on your booking confirmation. Head to either Bluewater or Eden depending on what site your voucher is for. Copy and paste your voucher code, and you can then choose your preferred date and time.

Please note that if you purchase a voucher type other than “Peak” but book a peak slot, you will need to pay the difference to upgrade. If you have a Peak voucher, you can book any slot year-round, but no refund will be given if you choose a lower-value slot.
Redeeming your Monetary Vouchers

To redeem your activity voucher, make sure you have your code ready, which you can find in your account or on your booking confirmation. Cash/Monetary Vouchers can be used at either location.
Head to either Bluewater or Eden and click the Book Now button.

For monetary vouchers, please add your activities to the basket and redeem your code at the end of the checkout process. The monetary value of your voucher will then be deducted from your basket total.

If your booking exceeds the value of your voucher, you can simply pay the difference. Alternatively, if your activity costs less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance will stay on your voucher for future use.
Using your Wellness Bundles

When you purchase a Wellness Bundle, your activities will be issued as vouchers. We offer 4, 8, or 10 bundles — this reflects the number of vouchers you will receive.

To find your vouchers, log into your account and click ‘My Bookings & Vouchers’, then select ‘Activities on Account’. Your vouchers will appear as ‘Swim & Sauna’.

Simply click ‘Book Now’ and redeem your voucher against your chosen booking.

Each time you use a voucher, it will automatically be removed from your account, making it easy to keep track of how many vouchers remain in your bundle.
Contact Preferences

We give everyone the choice of ifthey would like to be contacted for marketing purposes. We always recommend staying subscribed to receive the latest deals, new activities, and first access to upcoming events.

If, for any reason, you no longer wish to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe at any time. Simply log into your account, click ‘My Details’, select ‘Preferences’, and choose ‘No’ to update your subscription settings.

IF YOU HAVE A SWIM MEMBERSHIP:

Finding your Membership

If you have a swim membership, you can view all your details once you’re logged into your account.

Simply head to ‘My Membership’, then select ‘My Membership Details’. Here, you’ll be able to see the type of membership you have, when it renews or expires, and whether you have any linked memberships, such as two people on one membership.
Booking using your Membership

To book using your membership, first log in to your account. Then click the Book Now button.

Navigate to ‘Water Activities’ and select ‘Wild Swim’, then choose ‘Wild Swimming’. When you click Book Now, you can add your membership and include any additional swimmers at the same time.

Finally, choose your preferred date and time, and proceed to checkout!
Adding on your 'Bring a friend' Pass

As a perk of being a member, you can bring a friend for free once a month. You will receive a unique code via email, which is valid for one month and can only be used once.

To use it, log into your account and book a Wild Swim as previously described, adding an additional member. Choose your date and time as usual, then enter your Bring a Friend code at checkout. This will reduce the price to £0!
Cancelling/ Rescheduling your Swim
Adding on a Towfloat/ Sauna Session

You can add a tow float or sauna to any swim booking. You’ll have the option to do this either when making your booking or afterwards through your account.

To add extras after booking, find your booking and click the orange drop-down arrow. Select “Add Extras”, which will take you to a page with additional activities. Simply add your chosen extras and complete the booking as usual. You will receive an email confirmation once it’s done.

IF YOU HAVE A SKYDIVE MEMBERSHIP:

Finding your Membership

If you have a Skydive membership, you can view all your details once you’re logged into your account.

Simply head to ‘My Membership’, then select ‘My Membership Details’. Here, you’ll be able to see the type of membership you have, when it renews or expires, and whether you have any linked memberships, such as two people on one membership.
Using your Pro Flyer Subscription

If you have purchased our Pro Flyer Subscription, this means you have chosen a level with different perks. We offer Level 1, 2, and 3. You can view the differences HERE.

To access your minutes, log into your account and click ‘My Bookings & Vouchers’, then select ‘Activities on Account’. Your minutes will appear as ‘Pro Flyer – 1 Minute Bookable’.

Click ‘Book Now’ to redeem your minutes for your chosen date and time. Each time you use a 1-minute slot, it will automatically be removed from your account, making it easy to keep track of how many minutes remain in your bundle.

All subscription levels also include swim access. To book a swim, log into your account and click Book Now. Navigate to ‘Water Activities’ and select ‘Wild Swim’, then choose ‘Wild Swimming’. When you click Book Now, you can add your membership and any additional swimmers. Finally, choose your preferred date and time and proceed to checkout.

For Level 3 subscribers, you also receive one sauna session per month. You will receive a voucher that resets monthly. To book, go to ‘My Bookings & Vouchers’, then ‘Activities on My Account’. Click your voucher and use the orange Book Now button to schedule your sauna.

Additionally, all LEVEL 3 subscribers are entitled to one free activity. This is a one-time benefit, regardless of subscription length. To redeem it, please book onsite at reception.
Using your Skydive Acadey Minutes

If you have purchased the Skydive Academy, you will have 6 slots of 10 minutes each, as this follows a structured syllabus.

To access your minutes, log into your account and click ‘My Bookings & Vouchers’, then select ‘Activities on Account’. Your minutes will appear as ‘Academy Bookable Minutes’.

Simply click ‘Book Now’ and redeem your 10-minute slots for your chosen date and time. Each time you use a slot, it will automatically be removed from your account, making it easy to keep track of how many minutes remain in your bundle.

Book your Pro Flyer Minute Bundles

If you have purchased our Pro Flyer Minute Bundles, this means you have bought a bulk of minutes—typically 15, 30, or 60.

To access your minutes, log into your account and click ‘My Bookings & Vouchers’, then select ‘Activities on Account’. Your minutes will appear as ‘Pro Flyer – 5 Minute Bookable’.

Simply click ‘Book Now’ and redeem your minutes for your chosen date and time. Each time you use a 5-minute slot, it will automatically be removed from your account, making it easy to keep track of how many minutes remain in your bundle.

Please note that minutes are bookable in 5-minute increments. If you want to use 10 minutes or more, you can book multiple 5-minute slots in the same time.
