Hangloose is proud to be located at The Eden Project , one of the most inspirational eco visitor attractions in the world.

Got any questions? Here’s some of our most Frequently asked Questions regarding our Activities.

How do we get to the top / get back to reception after the zipline and how many lines are open?

Once you have checked in, our high-tech electric vans will transport you to the zipline tower where our team will prep you for your flight! The lines open depend on seasonal availability. We can’t always guarantee that you will go down the zipline side by side, however you will all go to the zipline tower at the same time if you have booked the same time slot, please bear this in mind. Once you have landed, our staff will direct you back to reception which is only a short walk away.
Can we go separately so one of us can look after a child? How long should we book in between?

Yes, you absolutely can go separately! We would recommend leaving an hour in between your bookings. This will give you enough time to get harnessed up, have separate safety briefs, enjoy the zipline, get changed, and make your way to the viewing platform to watch with your child!
Can I wear my glasses?

What Shall I wear?

All participants must wear clothing that covers their shoulders and thighs, along with secure, closed-toe shoes for your own safety. On the day, our team will fit you with a safety harness and helmet before your experience. Your helmet will also be fitted with a camera, allowing you to purchase a recording of your adventure to remember long after you’ve landed.
What if I get scared on the day?

If you feel nervous or get scared on the day, don’t worry! Our friendly team will do their best to reassure you and help you enjoy the experience. If you decide the zipline isn’t for you, we may be able to transfer you onto another activity (subject to availability and time on the day, with any price differences payable) or provide you with a voucher to return another day.

If the zipline feels a little too big, we also offer our Zip trekking course. This treetop high ropes course is a great introduction to heights and finishes with a smaller zipline across the lake, making it the perfect warm-up before taking on bigger zip wires.
• Can we go separately so one of us can look after a child? How long should we book in between?

Yes, we do! Accessible Zip line sessions are available at 9am Monday–Friday. These dedicated slots allow our team to provide the time, support and attention needed to ensure you have the most comfortable, enjoyable and memorable experience possible.

The process and requirements may differ slightly for guests with additional accessibility needs, so please feel free to contact our team for more information and to discuss your requirements.
Are your ziplines affected by the weather?

Yes, our ziplines are affected by the weather, but this depends on the conditions. Our zip offers varying degrees of operation depending on the weather, with our team continuously monitoring conditions to ensure everyone’s safety. Light rain won’t usually stop the experience, but high winds, thunderstorms or other severe weather may result in temporary delays or closures. If your session is affected, our team will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options.
Can i wear my glasses?
