Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds, so we recommend ensuring that the recipient meets the requirements for our activities. If you’re unsure which experience they would prefer, a monetary voucher is a great option, giving them the flexibility to choose the activity they want.
How will I get the Voucher?

Once you’ve purchased your voucher, you can choose to have it sent directly to you or straight to the recipient. It will be sent instantly after payment. The email will include a Hangloose Eden Voucher PDF, which you can print to include in a card or gift.

If you’d prefer a physical gift card, simply give us a call, and we can send you a wallet-sized gift card ready to give at an additional charge.
Are their any medical restrictions?

We do not recommend that pregnant women participate in our activities, or anyone who has recently undergone surgery or has chest injuries.
