Disability covers a wide spectrum, and we try our best to help everyone. This isn’t always possible, but we will always try to give everyone an amazing experience. Please get in touch before your visit and our expert teams can discuss any special requirements you may need.

Some activities are better suited to wheelchair users than others. The SkyWire – our biggest attraction – is accessible to all but we do ask that you please contact us in advance so our teams are prepared.

Will the weather affect my booking?

As we are an outdoor adventure centre, Hangloose Adventure operates in all weather conditions except for extremely high winds or thunderstorms so please come prepared for wet weather.

In the rare instance that activities are cancelled by Hangloose Adventure Eden due to exceptional weather conditions, every effort will be made to contact those that have pre-booked in advance. In these cases we will offer you an alternative activity, the chance to re-schedule or a full refund.
Can people come and watch?
Do I need to book in advance?

Our adventure activities are extremely popular, especially during School Holidays and Weekends, therefore booking in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment.

We do accept walk-up’s onsite, but cannot guarantee immediate availability.
Is there somewhere to eat and drink?

Located at our main entrance right in the centre of all the action is the Hangloose Snack Shack.

This is open throughout the summer season serving our signature Hangloose panini’s, mini pizzas and ice-cream.

We also have a ‘serve yourself’ contactless payment coffee machine, so you can wrap your hands around a warm brew during those colder days.
How long does each activity take?
What if i get scared? is it safe?
What should I wear?
It is the responsibility of all participants to ensure that they are dressed appropriately. Please wear clothing suitable for forecast weather conditions and the activities. There is a very small chance that clothing may be damaged.

The following restrictions apply:

To prevent harnesses having contact with the skin and causing chaffing:

Thighs to be covered for your comfort however is not necessary

Tops must cover your shoulders – No crop, strappy, vest or tank tops

Footwear must be closed-toe, flat design and secured appropriately – No sandals, flip flops, high heels, slip ons etc.

Items of clothing will be available on the day to purchase if you have not adhered to our restrictions.

We provide lockers to store bags and loose items. We take no responsibility for the safety or security of your possessions.
What is peak / off peak
We use a pricing structure that reflects demand throughout the year. Peak prices are our standard, full-price rates and apply during our busiest times — when demand is highest, the weather is usually nicer, and the kids are off school.

Our Off-Peak (15% off) and Super Off-Peak (20% off) prices apply during quieter periods, when demand is lower and the weather can be more changeable.

When buying a voucher, you’ll have the option to choose Peak, Off-Peak, or Super Off-Peak.
All vouchers can be redeemed at any time; however:

If you purchase or receive an Off-Peak or Super Off-Peak voucher and wish to book during a Peak time, the price difference will need to be paid.

If you have a Peak voucher, you can redeem it for any available slot. Please note that no refunds or credit will be given if you book on a lower-priced day.

Do you offer group sessions?

Save money and share the adventure! We offer Family Tickets on our Skywire, Trek, and Gravity Swing experiences — giving you a discount per person when you book together.

Do you offer a video/photo souvenir of my activitY?

On site, everyone gets a camera for the Skywire and Giant Swing—so your epic moments are never missed!

If you purchased your camera in advance, you’ll receive a code to unlock your full video.

If you haven’t purchased beforehand, don’t worry—you’ll get a 5-second sneak peek after your activity. It’s a taste of the thrills, and you can unlock the full adventure afterward. Just a heads-up: post-activity purchases are slightly more expensive than pre-purchases.
If you experience any problems with your media, you must notify Hangloose Adventure immediately.
Can i gift an activity to a family/friend member?

Do I need to pay to get into the Eden Project if I only visit Hangloose Adventure?
Do you offer any discount?

Yes. Members of the Armed Forces, NHS, Students and Emergency workers get 15% off*

You will need to send your Blue Light Card / Student Discount to [email protected] and a member of the Customer Service Team will respond with a discount code for you to use online.

Keep an eye out on our social media for any promotional discounts throughout the year.

*Please note: this is not valid for weekend bookings or any Off Peak or Super Off Peak prices, this discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.
Do children need an adult to go on the activities with them?
What is your refund policy?

All bookings and vouchers are non refundable

However if your booking is changed/cancelled by Hangloose Adventure due to the weather or for any other reason, we will offer you an alternative activity (this is subject to availability on the day), the chance to re-schedule or a full refund.

Up to 48 hours in advance before your booking, you can move the activity date, subject to availability, or postponed it, or have a credit on the account, or change to our other site free of charge. Any requests to change your booking must be made by telephoning the booking line: Eden 01726 812724 or Bluewater 01285 640600 or alternatively email [email protected]

Within 48 hours if you want to make a change to your booking, for example change to a different day or postponed this will incur a £5 admin charge per person.

On the day if you have checked-in and used your time slot, but do not complete your activity (for example; you do not complete the Skywire despite reaching the dispatch tower and being harnessed), you maybe able to change to another activity depending on availability.

If you arrive at Hangloose Adventure and have not adhered to our Terms & Conditions that you would have agreed to when you purchased your activity, meaning you’re unable to participate (example: not wearing the correct clothing or do not meet the required age or weight limits), we will offer you an alternative activity. A refund will not be given.
Do you have lockers / somewhere to keep personal belongings?
Are you dog friendly?

The answer to that is YES! 🐾
Dogs are welcome — so don’t let your pup miss out on all the fun watching you fly through the sky!

Please note: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, and while they can enjoy the adventure atmosphere, they can’t take part in the activities themselves.
